Last Closing Date Clause Samples
Last Closing Date. “Last Closing Date” means the later of (i) fifteen (15) days immediately following the Approval Date or (ii) two (2) business days immediately following the satisfaction or waiver of the Conditions to Closing set forth in Sections 9.1 and 9.2.
