Lapse of Restrictions Generally. Except as provided in Sections 4, 5 and 6 hereof, the number of shares of Restricted Stock issued hereunder shall vest in accordance with the schedule below, and the restrictions with respect to such Restricted Stock shall lapse, on each of the first three (3) anniversaries of the Date of Grant.
