LANGUAGE USED. Other than those instances specified by the Company, the language used by the Company in the provision of the Service shall be Japanese. This shall apply to Contract application as well as any interaction after the termination of the Agreement. (*This text is a translation of the original Japanese Agreement. If any discrepancies occur between the two texts, the Japanese version shall take precedence.)
