Language Allowance. 26.01 The Employer will determine if a requirement for an additional language proficiency exists. 26.02 Employees who are required to be fluent in another language and who can demonstrate proficiency as required by the Employer will receive an annual “Language Allowance” of two thousand, two hundred ($2200) dollars.
