Landscape Buffer Easement Clause Samples

A Landscape Buffer Easement is a legal provision that designates a specific area of land to be maintained with landscaping, such as trees, shrubs, or other plantings, to serve as a visual or physical barrier between properties. This clause typically requires the property owner to preserve or install certain types of vegetation within the easement area and may restrict construction or other uses that would interfere with the buffer. Its core practical function is to enhance privacy, reduce noise, and improve the aesthetic appeal of the area, while also ensuring a clear separation between different land uses or developments.
