Upon reasonable advance written notice to Tenant, Tenant shall permit Landlord and its authorized representatives (including any Fee Mortgagee and its representatives) to inspect the Leased Property or any portion thereof during reasonable times (or at such time and with such notice as shall be reasonable in the case of an emergency) (and Tenant shall be permitted to have any such representatives of Landlord accompanied by a representative of Tenant).
