Common use of Landlord's Right to Affix Sign Clause in Contracts

Landlord's Right to Affix Sign. Landlord has a right to install or place upon, or affix to the roof and exterior walls of the Premises equipment, non-competitive signs, displays, antennas and any other object or structure of any kind, provided the same shall not materially impair the structural integrity of the building or interfere with Tenaxx'x xccupancy or materially impair access to or visibility of the Premises.
