Landlord’s Response. Within thirty (30) days after Landlord’s receipt of Tenant’s notice requesting the Appraiser Determination and stating the name of the appraiser selected by Tenant, Landlord shall give written notice to Tenant of Landlord’s selection of an appraiser (“Landlord’s Appraiser”) who shall be an M.A.I. appraiser having at least the experience referred to above.
