Common use of Landlord’s Representative Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Representative. Landlord has designated Xx. Xxxx Xxxxx (whose e-mail address for the purposes of this Work Letter is xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) as its sole representative with respect to the matters set forth in this Work Letter, who, until further notice to Tenant, shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the Landlord as required in this Work Letter.
