Common use of Landlord’s Indemnification of Tenant Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Indemnification of Tenant. Landlord shall protect, indemnify, save harmless and defend Tenant from and against all liabilities, obligations, claims, actual or consequential damages, penalties, causes of action, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) imposed upon or incurred by or asserted against Tenant as a result of Landlord's active, gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Landlord’s Indemnification of Tenant. Landlord shall indemnify, protect, indemnify, save defend and hold Tenant harmless and defend Tenant from and against all any claims, actions, liabilities, obligations, claims, actual or consequential damages, penaltiescosts or expenses, causes of action, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' feesfees and costs incurred in defending against the same ("CLAIMS") imposed upon or incurred asserted by or asserted any third party against Tenant as a result for loss, injury or damage, to the extent such loss, injury or damage is caused by the willful misconduct or negligent acts or omissions of Landlord's active, gross negligence Landlord or willful misconductits authorized representatives.
