Common use of Landlord’s Fees Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Fees. Whenever Tenant requests Landlord to take any action not required of Landlord hereunder or give any consent required or permitted under this Lease, Tenant will reimburse Landlord for Landlord’s reasonable, out-of-pocket costs payable to third parties and incurred by Landlord in reviewing and taking the proposed action or consent, including reasonable engineers’ or architects’ fees and reasonable attorneys’ fees (including amounts allocated by Landlord to Landlord’s in-house counsel as well as fees and expenses charged by outside counsel engaged by Landlord), within 30 days after Landlord’s delivery to Tenant of a statement of such costs. Tenant will be obligated to make such reimbursement without regard to whether Landlord consents to any such proposed action.

Landlord’s Fees. Whenever Tenant requests Landlord to take any action not required of Landlord it hereunder (including any supervision or coordination of Tenant’s work under Section 8 and/or Exhibit D) or give any consent required or permitted under this LeaseLease (including any consent required under Section 8 and/or Exhibit D), Tenant will reimburse Landlord for Landlord’s reasonable, out-of-pocket costs payable to third parties and incurred by Landlord in reviewing and taking the proposed action or consent, including reasonable attorneys’, engineers’ or architects’ fees and reasonable attorneys’ fees (including amounts allocated by Landlord to Landlord’s in-house counsel as well as fees and expenses charged by outside counsel engaged by Landlord)fees, within 30 days after Landlord’s delivery to Tenant of a statement of such costs. Tenant will be obligated to make such reimbursement without regard to whether Landlord consents to any such proposed action.

Whenever Tenant requests Landlord to take any action not required of Landlord hereunder or give any consent required or permitted under this LeaseLease and the direct cost, or portion thereof, of the person(s) taking such action and/or providing such consent is not recouped by the Landlord through Operating Expenses for the Building, Tenant will reimburse Landlord for Landlord’s reasonable, out-of-pocket costs payable to third parties and incurred by Landlord in reviewing and taking the proposed action or consent, including including, without limitation, reasonable engineers’ or fees of attorneys, engineers and architects’ fees and reasonable attorneys’ fees (including amounts allocated by Landlord to Landlord’s in-house counsel as well as fees and expenses charged by outside counsel engaged by Landlord), within 30 thirty (30) days after Landlord’s delivery to Tenant of a statement of such costs. Tenant will be obligated to make such reimbursement without regard to whether Landlord consents to any such proposed action.

Whenever Tenant requests Landlord to take any action not required of Landlord hereunder or give any consent required or permitted under this LeaseLease and the direct cost, or portion thereof, of the person(s) taking such action and/or providing such consent is not recouped by the Landlord through Operating Expenses for the Building, Tenant will reimburse Landlord for Landlord’s actual reasonable, out-of-pocket costs payable to third parties and incurred by Landlord in reviewing and taking the proposed action or consent, including including, without limitation, reasonable engineers’ or fees of attorneys, engineers and architects’ fees and reasonable attorneys’ fees (including amounts allocated by Landlord to Landlord’s in-house counsel as well as fees and expenses charged by outside counsel engaged by Landlord), within 30 thirty (30) days after Landlord’s delivery to Tenant of a statement of such costs. Tenant will be obligated to make such reimbursement without regard to whether Landlord consents to any such proposed action.

Tenant will be obligated to make such reimbursement without regard to whether Landlord consents to any such proposed action.
