Common use of Landlord’s Fees Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Fees. Whenever Tenant requests Landlord to take any action not required of it hereunder or give any consent required or permitted under this Lease, Tenant will reimburse Landlord for Landlord’s reasonable, out-of-pocket costs payable to third parties and incurred by Landlord in reviewing the proposed action or consent, including reasonable attorneys’, engineers’ or architects’ fees, within thirty (30) days after Landlord’s delivery to Tenant of a statement of such costs. Tenant will be obligated to make such reimbursement without regard to whether Landlord consents to any such proposed action.

Tenant will be obligated to make such reimbursement without regard to whether Landlord consents to any such proposed action.

Tenant will be obligated to make such reimbursement without regard to whether Landlord consents to any such proposed action.

Tenant will be obligated to make such reimbursement without regard to whether Landlord consents to any such proposed action.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, fees related to a proposed Transfer are governed by Section 8.

Tenant will be obligated to make such reimbursement without regard to whether Landlord consents to any such proposed action.

Tenant will be obligated to make such reimbursement without regard to whether Landlord consents to any such proposed action.

Tenant will be obligated to make such reimbursement without regard to whether Landlord consents to any such proposed action.

Landlord’s Fees. Whenever Tenant requests Landlord to take any action not required of it hereunder or give any consent required or permitted under this Lease, Tenant will reimburse Landlord for Landlord’s reasonable, documented out-of-pocket costs payable to third parties and incurred by Landlord in reviewing the proposed action or consent, including reasonable and documented attorneys’, engineers’ or architects’ fees, within thirty (30) days after Landlord’s delivery to Tenant of a statement of such costs. Tenant will be obligated to make such reimbursement without regard to whether Landlord consents to any such proposed action.

Tenant will be obligated to make such reimbursement without regard to whether Landlord consents to any such proposed action.

Whenever Tenant requests Landlord Xxxxxxxx to take any action not required of it hereunder or give any consent required or permitted under this Lease, Tenant Xxxxxx will reimburse Landlord for Landlord’s 's reasonable, out-of-pocket costs payable to third parties and incurred by Landlord in reviewing the proposed action or consent, including reasonable without attorneys’', engineers’ ' or architects’ ' fees, within thirty (30) ten days after Landlord’s Xxxxxxxx's delivery to Tenant of a statement of such costs. Tenant will be obligated to make such reimbursement without regard to whether Landlord consents to any such proposed action.

Landlord’s Fees. Whenever Tenant requests Landlord Xxxxxxxx to take any action not required of it hereunder or give any consent required or permitted under this Lease, Tenant will reimburse Landlord in an amount not to exceed $750 per request for Landlord’s reasonable, out-of-pocket costs payable to third parties and incurred by Landlord in reviewing the proposed action or consent, including reasonable attorneys’, engineers’ or architects’ fees, within thirty (30) 30 days after Landlord’s delivery to Tenant of a statement of such costs. Tenant will be obligated to make such reimbursement without regard to whether Landlord consents to any such proposed action.

Landlord’s Fees. Landlord agrees to give the Tenant a good faith estimate of costs prior to having work done.

Tenant will be obligated to make such reimbursement without regard to whether Landlord consents to any such proposed action.

Tenant will reimburse Landlord for all of Landlord’s reasonable, out-of-pocket 's costs payable to third parties and incurred by Landlord in reviewing the proposed action or consent, including including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’', engineers’ or ', architects’ ', accountants' and other professional fees, within thirty ten (3010) days after Landlord’s 's delivery to Tenant of a statement of such costs. Tenant will be obligated to make such reimbursement without regard to whether Landlord consents to any such proposed action.
