Common use of Landlord’s Employees Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Employees. It is agreed that every indemnity, exclusion or release of liability and waiver of subrogation contained in this Lease for the Landlord’s benefit shall extend to and benefit all of the Landlord’s employees, servants, agents and those for whom the Landlord is in law responsible (collectively referred to in this Section 12.7 as “Landlord’s Employees”) solely for such purpose, and to the extent that the Landlord expressly chooses to enforce the benefits of this Section 12.7 for Landlord’s Employees, it is agreed that the Landlord is the agent for Landlord’s Employees.

Landlord’s Employees. It is agreed that any liability, every indemnity, exclusion or release of liability and waiver of subrogation herein contained in this Lease for the Landlord’s benefit of Landlord shall extend to and and/or benefit all of the Landlord’s employees, servants, agents agents, employees and those for whom the Landlord is in law responsible (collectively referred to in this Section 12.7 section 13.7 as “Landlord’s Employees”) ); solely for such purpose, and to the extent that the Landlord expressly chooses to enforce the benefits of this Section 12.7 section 13.7 for Landlord’s its Employees, it is agreed that the Landlord is the agent or trustee for Landlord’s its Employees.
