Common use of Landlord’s Covenant Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Covenant. Tenant, upon fully complying with and promptly performing all of the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease on its part to be performed, shall have and quietly enjoy the Premises for the term set forth herein, if its performance of such terms, covenants and conditions continues for such period, subject, however, to matters of record on the date hereof and to those matters to which this Lease may be subsequently subordinated.
