Landlord’s Consent Required. Tenant shall not voluntarily or involuntarily assign, sublease, mortgage, encumber, or otherwise transfer all or any portion of the Premises or its interest in this Lease (collectively, "Transfer") without Landlord's prior written consent, which consent Landlord shall not unreasonably withhold. Landlord may withhold its consent until Tenant has complied with the provisions of Sections 18.2 and 18.
