Landlord’s Consent Required. Tenant shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, pledge, hypothecate, or encumber this Lease or any interest therein, nor permit such assignment by operation of law, and shall not sublet any Leased Property or any part thereof, without the prior express written consent of the Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Any attempt to do so without such consent being in hand, shall be wholly void and shall constitute a breach of this Lease.

Landlord’s Consent Required. Any attempt to do so without such consent being in hand, shall be wholly void and shall constitute a breach of this Leasedelayed or conditioned.

Landlord’s Consent Required. Tenant shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, pledge, hypothecate, mortgage or encumber assign its interest under this Lease or sublet the Leased Premises of any interest therein, nor permit such assignment by operation of law, and shall not sublet any Leased Property or any part thereof, portion thereof without the prior express written consent of the Landlord, which consent shall not unreasonably be unreasonably withheld. Any attempt to do so without such consent being in hand, No assignment or subletting shall be wholly void and shall constitute a breach relieve Tenant of its obligations under this Lease.

Except where Tenant may assign this Lease to its parent or affiliated entities Tenant shall not assignvoluntarily or by operation of law assign this Lease or enter into license or concession agreements, sublet all or any part of the Premises, or otherwise transfer, mortgage, pledge, hypothecate, hypothecate or encumber all or any part of Tenant’s interest in this Lease or any interest therein, nor permit such assignment by operation of law, and shall not sublet any Leased Property in the Premises or any part thereof, without the Landlord’s prior express written consent of the Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Any and any attempt to do so without such consent being in hand, first had and obtained shall be wholly void and shall constitute a breach of this Lease.

Any attempt to do so without such consent being in hand, first had and obtained shall be wholly void and shall constitute a breach of default by Tenant under this Lease.

Landlord’s Consent Required. Tenant shall (or its representatives, successors, or assigns) will not assign, transfer, mortgage, pledge, hypothecate, mortgage or otherwise encumber this Lease or any interest thereinsublet or rent (or permit occupancy or use of) the Premises, nor permit such assignment by operation of law, and shall not sublet any Leased Property or any part thereof, without obtaining the prior express written consent of the Landlord, which consent nor shall not be unreasonably withheld. Any attempt to do so without such consent being in hand, shall be wholly void and shall constitute a breach any assignment or transfer of this LeaseLease or the right of occupancy hereunder be effectuated by operation of law or otherwise without the prior written consent of Landlord except as set forth below.

Landlord’s Consent Required. 10.1.1 Tenant shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, pledge, hypothecate, or encumber assign this Lease or any Tenant’s interest therein, nor permit such assignment by operation of law, in and shall not sublet any Leased Property or any part thereof, to the Premises without obtaining the prior express written consent of the Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheldwithheld or delayed. Landlord shall respond to Tenant's request for consent hereunder in a timely manner and any attempted assignment, without the prior express written consent of the Landlordtransfer, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Any attempt to do so mortgage, encumbrance, or subletting without such consent being in hand, shall be wholly void and shall constitute a breach of this LeaseLease without the need for notice to Tenant under paragraph 13.1.

Landlord’s Consent Required. Any attempt to do so without such consent being in hand, shall be wholly void and shall constitute a breach of this Lease.

Tenant shall may not assign, transfer, mortgage, pledge, hypothecateassign this Lease, or encumber this Lease any right or privilege granted hereunder, or sublet all or any interest thereinportion of the Premises, nor or permit such assignment any business to be operated in or from the Premises by operation of law, and shall not sublet any Leased Property licensee or any part thereofconcessionaire, without the prior express written consent of the Landlord, Landlord which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, provided the proposed assignee or sublessee is, in the reasonable determination of Landlord, financially qualified. Any attempt to do so without such consent being in hand, assignment shall be wholly void and subject to the following: (a) Tenant shall constitute a breach of this Lease.notify Landlord within thirty (30) days prior to such assignment, and

Any attempt to do so without such Landlord may withhold its consent being in hand, shall be wholly void and shall constitute a breach until Tenant has complied with the provisions of this LeaseSection 14.

Landlord’s Consent Required. Any attempt to do so without such consent being in hand, shall be wholly void and shall constitute a breach of Default by Tenant under this Lease.

As used herein, “sublet” includes licenses and shall constitute a breach any other right of this Leaseoccupancy.

Tenant shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, pledge, hypothecate, voluntarily or encumber this Lease or any interest therein, nor permit such assignment by operation of lawlaw assign, and shall not transfer mortgage or encumber (collectively “assignment”) or sublet any Leased Property all or any part of Tenant’s interest in this Lease, or any renewals or extensions thereof, or the Leased Premises sublet without the prior express written consent of Landlord subject to the Landlordterms of Article XVIII, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Any attempt to do so without such consent being in hand, shall be wholly void and shall constitute a breach of this LeaseSection 11 hereof.

No option to extend, if any, may be assigned by Tenant and no subtenant shall have any right to exercise any such option.
