Landlord’s Consent Required. Tenant’s interest in this Lease is not assignable, by operation of law or otherwise, nor, except as expressly provided herein, shall Tenant have the right to sublet the Premises, transfer any interest of Tenant therein or permit any use of the Premises by another party, without the prior written consent of Landlord to such assignment, subletting, transfer or use, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. A consent to one assignment, subletting, occupancy or use by another party shall not be deemed to be a consent to any subsequent assignment, subletting, occupancy or use by another party. Any assignment or subletting without such consent shall be void and shall, at the option of Landlord, terminate this Lease. Landlord’s waiver or consent to any assignment or subletting hereunder shall not relieve Tenant from any obligation under this Lease unless the consent shall so provide.
