Landlord Waivers. To the extent required by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion upon written notice to the Borrower, the Borrower shall exercise commercially reasonable best efforts to obtain Landlord Waivers with respect to all Permitted Inventory Locations that are subject to Specified Leases, including, without limitation, Landlord Waivers in connection with leases extended, renegotiated or entered into after the Closing Date.
