LANDLORD – TENANT AGREEMENTS FOR PREMISES WITH INDIVIDUAL Clause Samples
This clause defines the terms and conditions governing agreements between a landlord and a tenant for premises that are individually leased, rather than shared or communal spaces. It typically outlines the rights and responsibilities of each party, such as payment of rent, maintenance obligations, and use of the premises, specifically tailored to situations where a single tenant occupies a distinct unit. By clearly delineating these terms, the clause helps prevent disputes and ensures both parties understand their obligations, thereby promoting a smooth landlord-tenant relationship.
