Landlord Service. In the event that any utilities are furnished by Landlord, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the cost thereof in the manner set forth in Section 3.8. Tenant’s cost shall be the total cost shown on utility meters servicing the Premises and any extraordinary use which may be made by Tenant.
