Common use of Landlord Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Landlord Cooperation. If, in connection with granting any Permitted Leasehold Mortgage or entering into a Debt Agreement, Tenant shall reasonably request reasonable cooperation from Landlord, Landlord shall provide the same at no cost or expense to Landlord, it being understood and agreed that Tenant shall be required to reimburse Landlord for all such costs and expenses so incurred by Landlord, including, but not limited to, its reasonable attorneys’ fees.

Landlord Cooperation. If, in connection with granting any Permitted Leasehold Mortgage or entering into a any Debt Agreement, Tenant shall reasonably request reasonable cooperation from Landlord, Landlord shall provide the same at no cost or expense to Landlord, it being understood and agreed that Tenant shall be required to reimburse Landlord for all such reasonable and documented out of pocket costs and expenses so incurred by Landlord, including, but not limited to, its reasonable and documented out of pocket attorneys’ fees.

Landlord Cooperation. If, Landlord agrees that whenever Landlord's cooperation is required in connection with granting any Permitted Leasehold Mortgage or entering into a Debt Agreement, of the proceedings brought by Tenant shall reasonably request reasonable cooperation from Landlordas aforesaid, Landlord will reasonably cooperate therein at the request and expense of Tenant, provided same shall provide the same at no cost not subject Landlord to any cost, expense or expense liability of any nature whatsoever, and Tenant hereby indemnifies and agrees to Landlorddefend and save Landlord free and harmless from and any against such costs, it being understood and agreed that Tenant shall be required to reimburse Landlord for all such costs and expenses so incurred by Landlord, including, but not limited to, its reasonable attorneys’ feesor liability.
