Land Use Plan and Map Development. The Consultant will develop a set of maps for each plan area reflecting desired land uses, building blocks and place types. The maps will incorporate key findings and recommendations from existing neighborhood plans, the SA Tomorrow plans and SA Corridors. A.1. Future Building Blocks and Place Types Map – Future building blocks and place types maps will be created for each of the plan areas. A map for each of the plan areas will reflect input from the Planning Team and the broader community. A comparison of the existing and future building blocks and place types maps will help to inform the refined areas of stability and areas of change, as well as future land uses.
