Land Selection Process. The Parties will conduct the land selection process set out in this Article generally in accordance with the process set out in Schedule E “1”. The Parties acknowledge that Schedule E “1”: (a) is for information purposes only and, for greater certainty, is not legally binding; (b) may change from time to time, in which case British Columbia will notify DRFN of any such changes; and (c) is subject to the terms of this Agreement, and in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between it and the body of this Agreement, the body of this Agreement will prevail to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency.
