LAND DISTURBING ACTIVITIES. If the Work includes any land disturbing activities, the CMR shall have on-site an individual certified by the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality as a Responsible Land Disturber in accordance with Va. Code Xxx. §10.1-563. The Responsible Land Disturber shall, on behalf of the CMR, be the person responsible for the installation, inspection and maintenance of erosion control and stormwater management measures and devices. It also shall be the responsibility of the CMR to prevent soil erosion from the Site, the runoff of silt, and the washing or blowing of debris from the Site.
