LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE NON-APPLICABILITY. The development of the Project shall proceed in accordance with the terms of this Second Amendment. In the event of an inconsistency between the terms of this Second Amendment and the LDC, as shall be amended from time to time, the terms of this Second Amendment shall prevail.
