Common use of Lack of Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Lack of Cooperation. In case of the Customer's delay in performance of his obligations hereunder, the Contractor will inform the Customer in writing of this fact and ask him to fulfil the relevant obligation within an additional time limit of 3 calendar days. Should the Customer not fulfil this obligation, not even within such additionally granted time period, the Contractor will not be considered late with fulfilling the obligation related to the Customer's delay.

Should If the Customer Client does not fulfil this obligation, not even within such additionally granted time time-period, the Contractor will not be considered late to be in delay with fulfilling the fulfilment of the obligation related to the Customer's delaydelay of the Client.
