Labrador. Island Link Limited Partnership: a special purpose limited partnership controlled by Nalcor and held by it together with Emera Inc. ("LIL LP"). The obligations of LIL LP will be guaranteed by Labrador - Island Link Operating Corporation. Each a "Borrower" and collectively, the "Borrowers".
