Laboratory Analysis. All laboratory analyses shall be performed at a DWR-certified laboratory using approved methods as prescribed by section 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations part 136 (40 CFR part 136) or other methods certified by the DWR Laboratory Certification Branch (▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇/about/divisions/water- resources/water-resources-data/water-sciences-home-page/laboratory-certification-branch) or the Director of ▇▇▇. ▇▇ ▇▇▇ Part 136 can be accessed on the web at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇/about/divisions/water- resources/water-resources-data/water-sciences-home-page/laboratory-certification-branch/rules- regulations. Reporting levels will be at least as stringent as the reporting levels used by the DWR Laboratory. For guidance purposes Table 3 lists target reporting levels for each parameter based on the reporting levels of the DWR Laboratory. The lowest possible analytical limits for all the parameters should be pursued.
