Common use of Labor Certification Clause in Contracts

Labor Certification. By its signature hereunder, Consultant certifies that it is aware of the provisions of Section 3700 of the California Labor Code which require every employer to be insured against liability for Workers’ Compensation or to undertake DocuSign Envelope ID: D92B21B3-F6C7-4CB8-8EB3-BD42683A7F6D DocuSign Envelope ID: DE66E76D-0167-4F06-87E5-F36984933143 self-insurance in accordance with the provisions of that Code, and agrees to comply with such provisions before commencing the performance of the Services.
