Lab Access. This Section 3(b) shall only apply if Partner wishes access to Tenable run lab environment for the purposes of creating an Interoperability. Tenable may in its sole discretion grant Partner limited access to Tenable’s lab environment solely for this purpose. Any lab access granted to Partner shall be pursuant to the licenses set forth in Section 3(a) above. Such access will be free of any warranty.
