Common use of KOZMO ITEMS Clause in Contracts

KOZMO ITEMS. The Drop-boxes will be used for the purpose of returning Kozmo Items, only if the return of such items does not interfere with Starbucks normal business operations and does not materially interrupt or interfere with the regular duties of Starbucks' employees in the Starbucks Stores. Starbucks will not be responsible or liable for paying any amounts to any Kozmo customer for the return of a Kozmo Item. "Kozmo Items" shall mean non-perishable items sold and delivered by Kozmo which are of a size that will easily fit into the Drop-box and which are of the type of items listed on the attached SCHEDULE B as may be amended from time to time upon the mutual written consent of the parties.
