Common use of KNOWLEDGE TRANSLATION Clause in Contracts

KNOWLEDGE TRANSLATION. ‌ 11.1 The Administering Organisation must participate in knowledge translation activities as requested by VicHealth that are directly related to the Project. This may include: (a) presenting the Project findings at a VicHealth forum or other event; (b) working with VicHealth to produce fact sheets, resources and other publications; and (c) cooperating with the Partner Organisations for the purpose of clause 11.2. 11.2 The Post-Doctoral Researcher must participate in knowledge translation activities that VicHealth reasonably requires in writing. This may include:‌ (a) developing and carrying out a plan to disseminate the Project outcomes (Knowledge Translation Plan) which the VicHealth agrees to in writing; (b) updating the knowledge translation plan throughout the course of the Project; (c) presenting the Project findings at a VicHealth forum or other event at VicHealth's request; and (d) working with VicHealth to produce fact sheets, resources and other publications. 11.3 If the parties cannot agree a Knowledge Translation Plan within one month of the Commencement Date, VicHealth may by written notice at any time subsequently require you to comply with a Knowledge Translation Plan that VicHealth provides to the Post-Doctoral Researcher.
