Knowledge or Awareness. In this Agreement, references to a Party's knowledge or awareness and similar references mean the actual knowledge of the current officers and employees of such Party who are primarily responsible for the matters in question after such Persons have engaged in, or caused to be performed, a reasonable review of the relevant files and records of such Party relating to the Purchased Assets, but without any further inquiry and does not include knowledge or awareness of any other Person.
