Knowledge of Breaches. As of the date of this Agreement and as of the Pre-Closing Date it is not actually aware of any breach by Seller of any representation and warranty given by Seller in this Agreement save as contained in the Initial Seller Disclosure Schedule. ARTICLE VI COVENANTS Section 6.1
Knowledge of Breaches. Regis does not have any Knowledge that Empire is in breach of any representation or warranty in Article 3 as of the date of this Agreement.

Knowledge of Breaches. As of the date hereof, neither Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx nor Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx is, to his actual knowledge, aware of any action by either Xx. Xxxxx or Xx. Xxxxxxx that would constitute a breach of the matters set forth in clauses (i) through (v) and clause (vii) of Section 9.2(d).
Knowledge of Breaches. As of the date of this Agreement, the Buyer does not have any actual knowledge that any of the representations and warranties of the Sellers set forth in Article IV are untrue.
Knowledge of Breaches. Except as disclosed by Buyer to Seller in writing as of the date hereof and as of the Closing, as applicable, to Buyer’s knowledge, Seller is not in breach of any of its representations, warranties, covenants or agreements in this Agreement.
