Knowledge of Bond Trustee of a Guarantor Event of Default. The Bond Trustee will be deemed not to have knowledge of the occurrence of a Guarantor Event of Default or Potential Guarantor Event of Default unless the Bond Trustee has received written notice from the Guarantor (or on its behalf) or a Secured Creditor stating that a Guarantor Event of Default or Potential Guarantor Event of Default has occurred and describing that Guarantor Event of Default.
