Common use of Knowledge and Experience Clause in Contracts

Knowledge and Experience. The Investor has such knowledge and experience in financial, tax and business matters, including substantial experience in evaluating and investing in common stock and other securities (including the common stock and other securities of speculative companies), so as to enable the Investor to utilize the information referred to in Section 4.7 hereof and any other information made available by the Issuer to the Investor in order to evaluate the merits and risks of an investment in the Shares and to make an informed investment decision with respect thereto.

Knowledge and Experience. The Investor has such knowledge and experience in financial, tax financial and business matters, including substantial experience in matters that (s)he is capable of evaluating and investing in common stock and other securities (including the common stock and other securities of speculative companies), so as to enable the Investor to utilize the information referred to in Section 4.7 hereof and any other information made available by the Issuer to the Investor in order to evaluate the merits and risks of an investment in the Shares and to make of making an informed investment decision with respect thereto, has the ability and capacity to protect his/her interests and can bear the economic risk of the acceptance of the Shares, including a total loss of his/her investment.

Knowledge and Experience. The Investor has such knowledge and experience in financial, tax financial and business matters, including substantial experience in matters that (s)he is capable of evaluating and investing in common stock and other securities (including the common stock and other securities of speculative companies), so as to enable the Investor to utilize the information referred to in Section 4.7 hereof and any other information made available by the Issuer to the Investor in order to evaluate the merits and risks of an investment in the Shares Securities and to make of making an informed investment decision with respect thereto, has the ability and capacity to protect his/her interests and can bear the economic risk of the acceptance of the Securities, including a total loss of his/her investment.

The Investor has such knowledge and experience in financial, tax and business matters, including substantial experience in evaluating and investing in common stock and other securities (including the common stock and other securities of speculative companies), so as to enable the Investor to utilize the information referred to in Section 4.7 5.5 hereof and any other information made available by the Issuer to the Investor in order to evaluate the merits and risks of an investment in the Shares Notes and Warrants and to make an informed investment decision with respect thereto.

The Investor has such knowledge and experience in financial, tax and business matters, including substantial experience in evaluating and investing in common stock and other securities (including the common stock and other securities of speculative companies), so as to enable the Investor to utilize the information referred to in Section 4.7 hereof and any other information made available by the Issuer to the Investor in order to evaluate the merits and risks of an investment in the Shares and Warrants and to make an informed investment decision with respect thereto.

The Investor has such knowledge and experience in financial, tax and business matters, including substantial experience in evaluating and investing in common stock and other securities (including the common stock and other securities of speculative companies), so as to enable the Investor to utilize the information referred to in Section 4.7 5.7 hereof and any other information made available by the Issuer to the Investor in order to evaluate the merits and risks of an investment in the Shares Notes and to make an informed investment decision with respect thereto.

The Investor has or his or its representatives, as the case may be, together with his or its advisers, have such knowledge and experience in financial, tax tax, and business matters, including substantial experience and, in evaluating and investing particular, investments in common stock and other securities (including the common stock and other securities of speculative companies)securities, so as to enable the Investor them to utilize the information referred to in Section 4.7 hereof and any other information made available by to them in connection with the Issuer to the Investor in order Common Stock to evaluate the merits and risks of an investment in the Shares Common Stock and to make an informed investment decision with respect thereto.

The Investor has such knowledge and experience in financial, tax and business matters, including substantial experience in evaluating and investing in common stock and other securities (including the common stock and other securities of speculative private companies), so as to enable the Investor to utilize the information referred to in Section 4.7 hereof 3.5 and any other information made available by the Issuer to the Investor in order to evaluate the merits and risks of an investment in the Shares and to make an informed investment decision with respect thereto.

Knowledge and Experience. The Investor has such knowledge and experience in financial, tax and business matters, including substantial experience in evaluating and investing in common stock and other securities (including the common stock and other securities of new and speculative companies), so as to enable the Investor to utilize the information referred to in Section 4.7 3.25 hereof and any other information made available by the Issuer Panthers to the Investor in order to evaluate the merits and risks of an investment in the Shares Securities and to make an informed investment decision with respect thereto.

Knowledge and Experience. The Investor has such knowledge and experience in financial, tax financial and business matters, including substantial experience in evaluating and investing in common stock and other securities (including the common stock and other securities of speculative companies), so as to enable the Investor to utilize the information referred to in Section 4.7 hereof and any other information made available by the Issuer to the Investor in order to evaluate the merits and risks of an investment in the Shares and to make an informed investment decision with respect thereto.
