Common use of KEYSAFE/LOCKBOX Clause in Contracts

KEYSAFE/LOCKBOX. (If checked) Owner authorizes the use of a keysafe/lockbox to allow entry into the Property and agrees to sign a keysafe/ lockbox addendum (Form KLA).
