Common use of Keys and Access Clause in Contracts

Keys and Access. Owner shall not keep or maintain keys or require that Broker provide copies of keys to the Property, and shall not enter the Property while rented, without being accompanied by Broker or one of Broker's agents. This is to protect Owner and Broker from unnecessary liability, as well as to protect tenants' rights to privacy and quiet enjoyment. A $100 fee applies to accompany Owner into Property.
