Key skills. The bidder will need to bring together a range of skills including strengths in:  Evaluation (expertise and experience in designing, managing and leading evaluations, relevant methods and approaches); track record of working in India/demonstrable links with the local partners and data collection organization  Experience and expertise in economic analysis, statistics and public health/systems  Experience and expertise in VFM analysis and reviews  Application of relevant business models to VFM work  International development (policy, practice and programmes)  Knowledge of: Health, nutrition and WASH sector programmes; Indian Health and Nutrition sector; and DFID, HMG and other donor / international approaches and systems  Experience in gender, social and poverty analysis.
