Common use of KEY PERSONNEL & DESIGNATED AGENTS Clause in Contracts

KEY PERSONNEL & DESIGNATED AGENTS. The CONSULTANT agrees that Key Personnel identified as assigned to phases hereunder as set forth in this CONTRACT or as established in the organizational chart of the CONSULTANT’s proposal, shall not be changed or reassigned without prior approval of the MDOT or, if prior approval is impossible, and then notice to the MDOT and subsequent review by the MDOT which may approve or disapprove the action. For purposes of implementing this section and all other sections of this CONTRACT with regard to notice, the following individuals are herewith designated as agents for the respective parties: COMMISSION:‌
