Key Man. The Employer may utilize no more than one (1) Laborer at a job site as its key man who resides outside the geographic area covered by this Agreement. This limitation shall not apply to any Laborer who works regularly and continuously within the geo- graphic area covered by this Agreement. Exceptions can be made with the parties’ mutual agreement in order to obtain reciprocal arrangements with other jurisdictions.
