Keeping people informed. The HSE and the MHRA (and the police if involved) will co-ordinate arrangements for keeping the injured person, bereaved, witnesses, and other interested parties such as the coroner, informed of developments in the investigation; and a media strategy to take account of investigations that are likely to be high profile/ sensitive.
