Keeping of Records and Books of Account. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary of the Borrower to, maintain and keep proper books of record and account which enable the Borrower and its Subsidiaries to issue financial statements in accordance with GAAP and as otherwise required by applicable Laws of any Official Body having jurisdiction over the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower, and in which full, true and correct entries shall be made in all material respects of all its dealings and business and financial affairs.

The Borrower Borrowers shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary of the Borrower Borrowers to, maintain and keep proper books of record and account which enable the Borrower Borrowers and its their Subsidiaries to issue financial statements in accordance with GAAP and as otherwise required by applicable Laws of any Official Body having jurisdiction over the Borrower Borrowers or any Subsidiary of any of the BorrowerBorrowers, and in which full, true and correct entries shall be made in all material respects of all its dealings and business and financial affairs.

Keeping of Records and Books of Account. The Borrower shall, and Borrowers shall cause each Subsidiary of the Borrower to, maintain and keep proper books of record and account which enable the Borrower and its Subsidiaries Borrowers, or the Loan Parties, as the case may be, to issue financial statements in accordance with GAAP and as otherwise required by applicable Laws of any Official Body having jurisdiction over the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower, Borrowers and in which full, true and correct entries shall be made in all material respects of all its dealings and business and financial affairs.

Keeping of Records and Books of Account. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary of the Borrower to, maintain and keep proper books of record and account which enable the Borrower and its Subsidiaries to issue financial statements in accordance with GAAP and as otherwise required by applicable Laws of any Official Body having jurisdiction over the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower, and in which full, true and correct entries shall be made in all material respects of all its dealings and business and financial affairsaffairs covered thereby.
