Common use of Keeper Clause in Contracts

Keeper. Should the Property be seized as an incident to an action for recognition or enforcement of this Security Instrument by executory process, sequestration, attachment, writ of fieri facias, or otherwise, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that the court issuing such an order will, if requested by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, appoint ▇▇▇▇▇▇, or any person or entity designated by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, as keeper of the Property as provided in La. R.S. §§ 9:5136, et. seq. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to pay the reasonable fees of such a keeper, which fees will be secured by this Security Instrument as an additional expense.
