Keep Organization Intact. Use such Person’s commercially reasonable efforts to preserve intact its business and organization relating to its Activities and preserve for the Company the goodwill of its suppliers, customers and others having business relations with it;

Except with respect to any voluntary departure of any of the Companies' employees between the date hereof and Closing, use commercially reasonable efforts to preserve intact the Companies' business and organization relating to the Systems and preserve for Buyer the goodwill of the Companies' suppliers, customers and others having business relations with them.

Except with respect to any voluntary departure of any of the FrontierVision Companies' employees between the date hereof and Closing, use its commercially reasonable efforts to preserve intact its business and organization relating to the Systems and preserve for Buyer the goodwill of the FrontierVision Companies' suppliers, customers and others having business relations with it.

Except with respect to any voluntary departure of any of the Helicon Companies' employees between the date hereof and Closing, use its commercially reasonable efforts to preserve intact its business and organization relating to the Systems and preserve for Buyer the goodwill of the Helicon Companies' suppliers, customers and others having business relations with it.

Except with respect to any departure of any of the Falcon Companies' employees between the date hereof and Closing, or the termination of employment of certain Falcon Company employees as provided in Section 6.9(a), use commercially reasonable efforts to preserve intact the Falcon Companies' business and organization relating to the Systems and preserve for Buyer the goodwill of the Falcon Companies' suppliers, customers and others having business relations with them.
Keep Organization Intact. Use such Person’s commercially reasonable efforts to preserve intact its business and organization relating to the ACS Wireless Activities and preserve for GCI the related goodwill of its suppliers, customers and others having business relations with it;
Keep Organization Intact. The Company shall and shall cause each Company Subsidiary to (a) use its commercially reasonable efforts to preserve intact the Business and preserve for Buyer its goodwill and maintain the Company’s relationships with its suppliers, customers, Governmental Authorities, employees and others having business relations with it (except with respect to any voluntary departure or termination for cause of any of the Business Employees), (b) use its commercially reasonable efforts to maintain all of the Franchises in the Ordinary Course, including using its commercially reasonable efforts to perform all obligations under all of the Franchises and to renew material Licenses and Franchises that expire prior to the Closing Date in the Ordinary Course (provided, that, subject to and without limiting Section 4.04(c), no Company Subsidiary shall renew any Franchise without Buyer’s prior written consent), (c) use its commercially reasonable efforts to implement all rate changes in the Ordinary Course (and consistent with the amounts and timelines for prior rate increases), including those provided for in Section 4.01(b)(iii) of the Company Disclosure Letter and (d) maintain inventory and equipment sufficient for the operation of the Business in the Ordinary Course.

Except with respect to any voluntary departure of any of the Renaissance Companies' employees between the date hereof and Closing, use commercially reasonable efforts to preserve intact the Renaissance Companies' business and organization relating to the Systems and preserve for Buyer the goodwill of the Renaissance Companies' suppliers, customers and others having business relations with them.
Keep Organization Intact. Except with respect to any voluntary departure or termination for cause of any of the Business Employees between the date of this Agreement and the Closing, the occurrence of which, if regarding any officer-level employee, the Company will notify Buyer of in writing within five (5) days after such occurrence, use its commercially reasonable efforts to preserve its business and organization and preserve for Buyer the goodwill of the Company and the Company Subsidiaries and maintain the Company’s relationships with its material suppliers, creditors, vendors, employees, independent contractors, Governmental Authorities, customers and others having business relations with it.
