As defined by the US Department of The Treasury regarding disbursement of ARPA funds, the 2022 final rule clarified that recipients may transfer funds to any entity to carry out, as a sub-recipient, an eligible activity on behalf of the SLFRF recipient (transferor), as long as they comply with the SLFRF Award Terms and Conditions and other applicable requirements. UCRX agrees that all students funded with the monies provided will are within the jurisdictional boundaries of the City.
