Common use of Jurisdiction; Service of Process Clause in Contracts

Jurisdiction; Service of Process. Each of the parties hereto hereby irrevocably consents to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York located in New York County and of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York in connection with any suit, action or other proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby; agrees to waive any objection to venue in the State and County of New York; and agrees that, to the extent permitted by law, service of process in connection with any such proceeding may be effected by mailing in the same manner provided in Section 7.1 hereof.
