Jurisdiction and Process. (a) To the extent permitted under applicable law, in any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Deed of Trust or any other Security Document as it relates to any Trust Property, the Grantor (i) irrevocably consents to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of any state or federal court sitting in the State in which the Property is located and irrevocably waives any defense or objection which it may now or hereafter have to the jurisdiction of such court or the venue of such court or the convenience of such court as the forum for any such suit, action or proceeding; and (ii) irrevocably consents to the service of (A) any process in accordance with applicable law in any such suit, action or proceeding, or (B) any notice relating to any sale, or the exercise of any other remedy by the Beneficiary or the Trustee hereunder by delivering a copy of such process or notice by overnight courier or United States registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested to the Grantor at its address specified in or pursuant to Section 7.02, such service to be effective in accordance with applicable law.
