Jurisdiction and Governing Law Jurisdiction over disputes with regard to this Agreement shall be exclusively in the courts of the State of Illinois, and this Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to the choice of laws provisions of such laws.
Governing Laws and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed and to be performed within the State of California and shall be construed and governed by the internal laws of the State of California. Developer, the NYISO, or Connecting Transmission Owner each may be referred to as a “Party” or collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
Laws and Jurisdiction 12.1.Unless otherwise specified in a CTC, the Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the following countries and their courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which arises under or in connection with the Agreement. Where the Buyer is Unilever Supply Chain Company AG, Unilever Business and Marketing Support AG or Unilever Americas Supply Chain Company AG, the applicable law and jurisdiction is English. Where the Buyer is Unilever Asia Private Limited, the applicable law and jurisdiction is Singapore. In all other cases the applicable law and jurisdiction is that of the country where Buyer is registered. The application of the 1980 Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods is excluded. Annex A - Specific provisions for the supply of Products These clauses apply to the extent the Supplier supplies Products.
Jurisdiction and Choice of Law This Agreement shall be construed according to English law and any disputes arising under it shall, subject to the provisions of clause 19 above, be determined in the Law Courts of England and Wales.
EFFECT OF LEGISLATION If any law now existing or hereinafter enacted or any proclamation, regulation, or edict of any state or national agency shall invalidate any portion of this Agreement, the entire Agreement shall not be invalidated and either party hereto upon notice to the other party may reopen for negotiations the invalidated portion. If agreement herein cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to mediation.
APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION 7.1. The usage of EHSAN AUCTIONEERS SDN. BHD. website together with the terms and conditions hereof shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Governing Jurisdiction 34.1 This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law (1) The place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from this Master Agreement and the individual agreement is Kassel, Germany. Disputes shall be ruled on by ordinary jurisdiction.
Compliance with Legislation The Partner in all his dealings and in carrying on its business has complied with all applicable laws including The Regulations and all applicable Taxes Acts and environmental and planning legislation and qualifies in all respects with the terms of participation as prescribed in The Regulations.
