Common use of Junior Rates Clause in Contracts

Junior Rates. 53.1.1 Staff employed under junior rates will work under the supervision of adults and receive the following percentage of the adult wage for the relevant classification of work performed. Junior rates are only applicable to the Camping & Accommodations Staff Grades, Sessional Staff Grades and the Recreation Staff Grades 1 to 4. Higher rates of pay must be authorised by the Employer.
